Will is a Deputy Portfolio Manager for Jadian Evergreen Fund. Prior to joining Jadian, Will was a Principal at BGO and Deputy Portfolio Manager for BGO's open-end core plus fund. Will has more than eight years of open-end fund experience as a member of BGO's ODCE core and core plus portfolio management teams. Prior to BGO, Will was an Associate at Eastdil Secured, working across asset sectors on the firm's investment sales and investment banking teams, with a particular focus on data center investments. Will began his career as an Analyst at JLL, focusing on Mid-Atlantic multifamily investments. Will received a B.S. in International Economics from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
